Please note that all our figures are sold unpainted. Some figures may require trimming and assembly. Some of these figures include small parts and may constitute a chocking hazard. These collectible figures are not toys and not recommended for children under age 14. To enhance collectibility, minor variations among the figures may occur.

Shipping Information:

Our Shop Gnomes will endeavor to ship all orders within 10 business days, barring dragon attacks or mystical evaporations.

In order to avoid confusing our Shipping Gnomes, all orders are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made prior to placement of the order.

Outlanders (i.e., customers with mailing addresses outside of the United States) will need to contact our Shipping Gnomes for shipping arrangements to alternative realms (i.e., places outside of the United States).

Shipping insurance is available for an additional fee, at rates that are set by the carrier.

Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policies:

All returns require a return authorization code from our Accounting Dwarves. Returns without a return authorization code makes our Accounting Dwarves surly and could result in refusal of return.

Returns of damaged items can made within 30 days for the replacement of the same item or a full refund, at our discretion, after contacting us first.

Returns of undamaged items can be made for a refund within 30 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancellation of orders must be prior to shipping from our facilities for a full refund.

All figures are priced by a code found with the figure description. Figure prices are subject to change without notice. Dealer inquiries are welcome.

While most orders usually ship within 10 business days, purchases made by check may require up to 30 business days.

Customers with large orders (over 500 figures) should inquire first for expected shipping date.
